At Otakus.Very, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite series; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
